Today – Beever Primary School Mini Police Firework Safety Event

Today  St Mary’s Policing Team attended Beever Primary delivering Firework Safety Awareness with new Mini Police  year 5 recruits and year 6 Mini Police who are now in their second year. After the workshop Mini Police delivered an assembly with the rest of Key Stage 2 students with regards to what they had learned about keeping safe on Bonfire Night and risks around firework misuse. This was the first activity of the school year and they all performed brilliantly. They have set a standard for other students to aspire to and they are true role models for the school that they represent.
